visit to Ghorasal Power Station

Back from the four days visit of Ghorasal Power Station, the largest Power  station in Bangladesh which supplies 1095 MW power by six unit Generators and a 145 MW by a private  sector installed Generator.
we  really enjoyed this part of our industrial training program.
Two things were really surprising and amazing to me:
1. As we asked, there were 1200+ Engineers working in Ghorasal Power Station, amongst those who delivered many lectures, non of them were female Engineer. for me it is a "why?".
2. firstly when we visited the power plant,  it was astonishing for me seeing those really  huge machines, i was  thinking that those may not be a man-made. now, lets be confirmed that the  man can do things that makes you amazed.
